I started my career as a professional archaeologist. So how did I end up doing this I hear you ask?

I’m interested in people. I’m interested in what motivates them. I started my first business when I was 22 and knew that being a business-owner was where I was meant to be. Time, several businesses and experience later, I set up Affective Solutions. I am now a business mentor, professional trainer and coach.

I am passionate about business and getting the best out of the business and the people within the business. Whether it’s increasing the bottom line or staff development – I get excited working with businesses! I love it!

I really take the time to learn about you and your business, what makes you tick, where you are now, where you want to go in keeping with your business values, ethics and your vision. I create bespoke affective solutions for your business problems providing support along the way so that you can achieve that vision of your business.

I surround myself with like-minded, passionate individuals experts in their own specialist field so that when you come to me, you get a “one-stop shop” for your business, training and staff needs – I do all the work so you can concentrate on doing what you do best – Your Business. In 2011, I was Highly Commended by the T&A Bradford Means Business Awards in the New Business category sponsored by Bradford University’s School of Management.

I am also CRB checked and have professional indemnity and public liability insurance up to £5m.
